By submitting an entry to 100 Words Or Fewer Writing Contest, you are indicating your acceptance of the terms and conditions above, in addition to any and all alterations that may be made from time to time, and to all conditions mandated by federal, state and local laws. We will not sell, spam, or use your personal information in any nefarious way. We simply need to contact you if you are a winner.
The contest is void where prohibited by law.
By entering the contest, you certify that you agree, on winning the contest, to allow 100 Words Or Fewer Writing Contest to publish your winning entry on the 100 Hundred Words or Fewer Writing Contest website for an unlimited period of time. Winning authors retain reprint rights to their work. All other authors retain all rights to their work.
After 90 days, any unclaimed prize, issued to the supplied address of a writer given at submission, will be rescinded.
100 Words or Fewer Writing Contest’s liability will never exceed the cost of the entry fee ($15), the combination of entry fee and checkmark evaluation ($18.00), the critique ($14.00), or the combination of entry, checkmark evaluation and critique ($31.00).
Refunds will not be issued. Your payment will have as payee, “100 Words or Fewer Writing Contest.”
We will contact you if you are a winner, or if your entry includes something unclear that we believe may be important.
